Lannie Confections offers high quality handmade confections for the sophisticated palate. Our chocolates are made from the Criollo and Trinitario bean. These beans are considered the highest quality in the world.
Our confections are enhanced by European fruit purees and our own unique nut pastes made from freshly ground nuts. Our ganaches are made with fresh cream and European style butter.
The confections displayed are a sampling of those created at Lannie Confections. This sampling features confections made from Venezuelan chocolate. Our other confections use chocolate from Trinidad, Madagascar, Ecuador, Dominion Republic, and Bolivia. All chocolates at Lannie Confections are handmade.
